Inner Child Reunion

Inner Child Reunion is a 75-minute live, guided experience using body-based writing and non-dominant handwriting (NDH) to help you slow down, move beyond your usual thinking patterns, and listen to what may be waiting underneath.

Through gentle grounding, guided reflection, and writing with both your dominant and non-dominant hand, you'll explore the younger parts of yourself with curiosity rather than judgment—and notice what they may still want you to hear, remember, or reclaim.

You don't need to consider yourself a writer, and you don't need any previous experience with this kind of work. Just bring paper, something to write with, and a willingness to be curious about what emerges.
